The idea of using technology to become someone’s ‘voice in their head’ is something out of a TV crime drama. Even I couldn’t quite wrap my head around what was going on for a year! Now, the more research I do, more pieces fall into place. Living right next to them, they were essentially God with how much they knew. The NSA has exploited and backdoored every device, and Chris has access to all of it. He claims to be well versed in cyber “criminal investigations” and worked for the government over a decade. The NSA/CIA other agencies have already decided they don’t need warrants to surveil every American citizen. Everyone seems to have forgotten what Edward Snowden said and warned of! It’s not just about collecting data, but I believe eventually putting it all together to control the entire population! They already have entire databases filled with details on everybody, putting it together in a program called XKEYSCORE to connect the dots. These agencies have been experimenting with mind control since the 50’s with the CIA’s original MKULTRA program. They’ve got a new program with a new name, that has yet to be revealed. Thousands of others have experienced torment like mine. It takes decades for governments to admit to their human rights violations. After reading Robert Duncan’s Deciphering the Matrix, I believe we’re just experiments in a wider conspiracy of ultimate world mind control. The military/government is always 10-15 years ahead of commercially available technology, and everything is classified. Everything I’ve found on the internet is public knowledge, so you must imagine what classified technologies and techniques are in use.
Our government or some other force is truly working on reading everyone’s minds and controlling them through electromagnetic means. Me and all the others crying about this are test subjects before this is released on the whole population. That’s why they choose nobodies to experiment on; because they don’t have many means to do something about it! I believe our shadow government has already mapped everyone’s brains, and can track not just phones, but each individual brain signature around the globe. One day, if not already, there’ll be a General Artificial Intelligence to understand everyone’s thoughts, and external projections through their technology, in a truly omniscient view of humanity. This god is false and going to be wielded like a club against the people of the world. I think it’ll be used to determine who lives and dies when the 5G towers are turned into the killer Directed Energy Weapons they can be.
The methods that gave them the clairvoyance and power to be an omniscient voice in my head are:
• A cloned phone, controlled with the NSA’s DROPOUTJEEP. Being stuck right next to Them, it’s simple to use an IMSI catcher to get my SIM’s credentials. I can build a passive catcher from an SDR. It’s also possible to make an active one from a femtocell purchased from the service provider! Once connected through the Catcher, the phone is already compromised. Around 70% of cellular-connected devices use a COMP128v1 SIM card. The only thing stopping these from being cloned outright is the KI hash that can be cracked in a day. I wouldn’t doubt the NSA has cracked the rest. If an amateur like me can catch and clone a SIM card, a “professional” of over a decade could do it blindfolded. But most hackers clone phones to make free calls, texts, or to steal from their victims. It takes more to control the device and inject audio into the speakers to be ‘the voice.’ The NSA has already written malware to take complete control of mobile devices, called DROPOUTJEEP. They developed it with the release of the iPhone in 2008.
• I spoke with one of the top forensics’ experts in the nation on July 7th, 2021, Garrett of Garrett Discovery, about this situation. He told me that although most people say it’s impossible to run a simultaneous clone on the network, it is not outside the realm of possibility! He also stated that a cloned phone is “impossible to detect,” at least with their means. This completed my conviction. The method gives them complete access to me, but they can’t be caught. Even most tech experts believe it’s impossible, and with everything I’m saying, I sound like the lunatic!

• The clone runs in an emulator or virtual machine for DROPOUTJEEP to work, likely on a laptop for portability. The duplicated SIM card is plugged into the machine, and this creates the clone on the network. I’d think that a device would usually be cloned just by sticking a duplicated SIM card into another phone for simple spying or fraud purposes. It could be a mobile phone developed by the government. The signal would take nothing more than a call’s worth of battery and signal bandwidth to keep open. The signal doesn’t have to be actively open all the time, the emulator can be turned off say overnight and any changes that occur will be updated when reconnected. I know that they can access all my phone’s sensors invisibly: taking and transmitting a picture/video from the cameras, transmitting audio, reading the accelerometer, location, etc. This is the purpose of DROPOUTJEEP. Because the clone is my phone, there are no permissions needed to access these sensors. It’s not an app subverting permission requirements – it’s iOS itself using them with full access!
• I remember many occasions to support the full access to all sensors. In the August of 2020 I was up at the storage unit, sitting down for a smoke break. I had whipped out my phone to scroll the internet and started to hear “don’t smoke next to the gas can, next to the gas can, smoking next to the gas can, gas can…” in the kids’ Voices. There was a gas can on the other side of the door, and I swept it with my phone’s camera taking it out of my pocket, unless they physically followed me with their other surveillance devices. At this point, I was on antipsychotics to stop hearing voices. So why was I still hearing their voices all the time?They were spying through the cameras to catch that, or through Remote Neural Monitoring. I made sure to shuffle a little closer to it. After a few minutes of it going nonstop, they finally gave up and I heard something like “OK if you want to blow yourself up that’s your choice…”
• I heard many loud comments lambasting the vibrant psychedelic posters and my trashed room and deluded myself that it somehow wasn’t real. The T-Ray Camera that sees through walls and me certainly can’t see the colors and lines of my posters at the same time. I now realize that there’s a fantastic way to scan the inside of every room! When you take a call, the main camera points outward. My natural tendency, like most, is to wander around the room while talking/listening, or maybe swiveling in a chair. What about everything passing by while in the car? With and the camera turned on the expanded clone, They see the whole thing when I make a loop around the room!
• The second occasion was when I began school at Lincoln Tech. I was driving I-70 West home when I reached the large, sweeping curve around where the Golden Freeway connects. While in the curve, I remember hearing “Wow look at how smooth he’s taking that curve,” following it perfectly. I didn’t freak out on them, as this was before I cut my mic and heard “don’t look at your phone.” There were other times where I was receiving commentary on my driving, and I thought there was a bug with a camera looking out the front. Now I realize they can see the readings from the accelerometer of the phone sitting next to me and infer my driving from it. My fucked-up car throws it off.
• The audio signal can be played through the speakerphone at a loud volume, but their voices are modulated into a very high pitch. This means that those with hearing loss can’t detect it, as the high frequencies are the first to be lost. Think of how loud the music from your smartphone’s speakers is on max volume. Can you hear it in another room? What about throughout the whole house…? I carry my phone in the front pocket with the bottom speakers facing up. They’re pointed directly up to my ear. But there have also been multiple occasions where I’ve distinctly heard their complete voices loudly jump through the speakerphone. They’d be able to control the volume and modulation frequency, right? Larissa has been the most prominent Voice for many reasons, but I’ve heard her brothers and the two parents as much as her by now. A female voice would carry through the high-pitch modulator as it’s naturally higher pitched. The voices of the two minors would also transfer well because they haven’t dropped. She’s usually the one talking to me, as I’d be more ‘receptive.’
• Every audio device my compromised phone connects to through Bluetooth or otherwise becomes another vessel to carry their voices. The first example is obviously the car’s aftermarket radio. In the first few weeks of hearing Their Voices, I made multiple statements about “hearing them better in the car” and specifically remember going for drives just to speak with Them, because I picked up on the words better! They even deliberately blink the 2nd Bluetooth connection light on my radio to make sure “I know they’re speaking to me!” The two tweeters up front are much larger than the iPhone’s speakers, and naturally make a bigger voice. I’ve heard their voices in my original Beats that connected through a wire, and new Skullcandy headphones that connect through Bluetooth. I remember lifting in the basement in the months after making peace with Them, and hearing words of encouragement about my progress when I’d take snaps. I always connect the phone to my Bose speaker through Bluetooth.
• The idea of Subliminal Messaging has been around likely since homo turned sapien. Back in the prior decades it was a popular idea to try and study or break bad habits by listening to ‘subliminal audio tapes’ while doing chores or sleeping. These tapes had an ambient ‘foreground’ music, and the subliminal words in the ‘background’ at a lower volume than the music. The Voice is played at the lowest possible volume so that it doesn’t consciously enter the brain, but rather into the subconscious! A higher pitched ‘masking frequency’ is used as a foreground noise, and the words are injected into it. This foreground masking is the purpose of the carrier tone used by the V2K device, analyzed later. But I’ve realized how I began hearing their voices in my music, quite incessantly actually. They must think all the chatter is only subconsciously processed, but I’ve become very cognizant of them this whole time. I’ve always felt like they’ve listened along with me, whether it be through headphones, in the car, or from the built-in speakers.

• All the computers around me are compromised in the same way my phone is. The NSA has developed many different suites to “GodMode” motherboards, and Chris is using it. They see what happens on the screen in real time, and can access the microphone, camera, and speakers. Again, they don’t need permissions, malware, or an exploit, as my computer is a slave, and theirs the master. They’ve got more permission and access than even the admin because they’re the computer’s kernel! That’s what godmode is all about! They have access to all the device drivers all the time no questions asked; it’s baked into the motherboard/processor itself. I heard their voices many times while on the computer, and they were always commenting about what was happening on screen. If the phone is cloned, it’s a cakewalk to get ahold of the computer when I plug it in and tell them to trust each other. But Chris didn’t even have to wait for this. They already had my Apple ID, were hooked into the Wi-Fi network, and the two devices still recognized each other from the past. That leads to:
• Bonjour. Apple has an entire built-in framework for its devices to autonomously ping networks and discover others! I wouldn’t doubt Chris gains immediate access to every iPhone close enough for Bonjour to ping. One day near the end of July 2021, the Voice gave me the notion that it was “an Apple exploit” they used. I believe that cloning the iPhone got their foot in the door, but it could be a flaw in Bonjour that allows them to take control of devices probed by it. From what I’ve read, Bonjour’s probing the networks around it virtually all the time! I thoroughly doubt that it’s simply an Apple thing. I got another notion from the Voice in August of 2021 that stated, “get an Android and [we can’t follow you]!” With that statement, I know that They want me to think it’s only an Apple thing! It’s not! The NSA has already cracked Androids and Blackberries. To reiterate, 70% of SIM cards are vulnerable to cloning; regardless of it’s an Apple, Android, or Microsoft. I need to investigate Android’s program for network discovery, but Chris can piggyback off that to infect more devices.
• My mother and father’s cell phones, and their respective laptops, have been cloned as well. I wouldn’t doubt They’re making a dragnet of everyone around me, including all my contacts in the Phone. One night while composing an email to Anthony Christopher encouraging and appreciating his art, the voice told me “Don’t message him, he’ll be in the dragnet too.” I became anxious and debated doing it because of that. I also believe my aunt’s old iPhone 6S was as well. One day I went to see my mother and fill out a lease application. I started typing in her laptop’s search bar like I was speaking to my handlers; probably some jests or swears at them. My phone was on me, but I began hearing Larissa’s voice “we can’t see her computer, we’re not in her computer…” I had another premonition like this in Arizona. I know now that because this notion entered my head, it was my handlers trying to misdirect me from what I knew was the truth! There’s been occasions at the house in Golden where I heard Chris and Michael’s voices downstairs coming from her phone, and I went upstairs to where I’d hidden mine, and I hear Larissa’s voice from it! Like they’re working the devices separately! Why would they illegally break into all these other devices? Because they know I’m at least aware of my phone and MacBook being compromised. They might still believe that I’m not aware of everything else. Chris also believes they can’t be caught with his methods. Garrett said it himself, the clone is invisible.
• They tapped my father’s Wi-Fi network, and later the one at my mom’s. The NSA has developed exploits for routers. Their clone would have the credentials saved to connect automatically, as mine did. My father changed it over the summer. They could’ve just watched me put the new Wi-Fi password in my phone and acquired it through simple observation. Why would they do this? Because seeing what goes on my phone wasn’t enough. If they’re going to truly be ‘The Voices in my Head’, they must see and know it all! ‘My’ Voice doesn’t have gaps in experience, ‘I’ see everything that ‘I’ do! They must collect every piece of data to complete the neural model of me. I had this anxiety while moving out that they’d follow me. When my phone connected to the new network, their clone connected as well in real time. They’ve seen every packet going in and out, and this was later confirmed when I heard their Voices alluding the fact I’d sent a message to the Attorney General.
• It’s not impossible to exploit devices on the network and install malware once access is gained. The compromised laptops can be turned on and accessed remotely, without making a sound. The MacBook for sure is capable. A skim of what’s available on the CIA’s Vault 7 project from WikiLeaks had something on compromising smart TV’s. The processor can be turned on remotely to access the microphone and other data. Chris can likely control each individual piece of hardware. The godmode lives in the BIOS/Motherboard itself, even independent of the operating system. But the fans must be on to keep the thing cool, right? Not quite. If the processor is running the bare minimum for only the RAM, network card, microphone, and speakers, I believe it isn’t a significant enough energy usage to require cooling or drain the battery. Most energy usage is from calculating and displaying a GUI, running all the ads on my open web pages, and Discord. All of this can remain suspended while the computer spies. The silent SSD might not even need to be accessed, as theoretically everything would remain loaded in RAM. I think the same theories apply to all the other laptops. The little Dell I received for Lincoln frequently runs itself out of battery after I tell it to sleep, and I see “windows failed to boot correctly” when opening it. I think it’s always trying to connect back to its synced twin.
• The compromised MacBook is likely directly connected to the compromised iPhone all the time by Bluetooth. I’ve airdropped many files between the two, and when I click to connect to the Wi-Fi, my phone always appears as a personal hotspot. I can still feel Their presence when I unplug the modem, leave the phone in the car outside, but the Mac is in the room. Although, this is likely through Remote Neural Monitoring/V2k. By my theory, the godmoded computer remains connected through Bluetooth to the cloned iPhone, and then the cellular connection out.

• Laser Microphones. A laser beam is bounced off a window and into a sensor and can detect the vibrations of the physical soundwaves in the room. It works as the vibrations scatter the laser on the return and can be demodulated into the voices of people speaking inside. There are Instructables and YouTube videos to make amateur devices for extremely cheap, but commercial products are available. I’d doubt one of these was used at Robert’s as there were no windows facing Chris but could see some set up across from me here in Golden. There are two windows of the rooms I spend a lot of time in, my bedroom and study, facing my suspect across the street. The purpose would be to get my voice to further refine their Synthetic Telepathy techniques. They can be defeated by playing loud music, or installing devices that vibrate the windows, but I’m not concerned about these.

• The Microwave Hearing effect/Voice of god Weapon – As of September 26th, 2021, I’ve discovered that we’ve known how to induce a “Voice to Skull” since the 70’s! The article that unlocked it was “Mind Control with Electromagnetic Frequency”, published by Soleilmavis Liu in 2015. It sites an article called “Microwaves and Behavior” by Don Justesen, published in 1975! It goes into the study where small animals like rats could be trained through classical conditioning processes to respond to specific microwave frequencies. The article also lists a United States Patent #6,470,214 filed by the United States Air Force for a Method and Device for Implementing the Radio Frequency Hearing Effect! The Microwave Auditory Effect has its own page on Wikipedia, and there’s many articles on its study to induce words in people’s heads. There’s a patent #4,877,027 from 1988 for a “hearing system” that’s about inducing speech through the Microwave Auditory Effect. People working near radar and other transmitting stations have reported hearing clicks, buzzes, hums, and other noises, that disappeared after they went home. I had a thought documented in Tape on October 1st, 2021, while locked in the machine shop: how come the voice didn’t get any quieter when I plugged my ears, and somehow even louder when I covered them! The idea is that a high-powered, directed microwave vibrates water molecules to create pressure in the cochlea itself, just like a microwave oven boiling water to cook food. A carrier tone is constantly transmitted and modulated inside of it is the human voice. This is why it sounds like a constant high-pitched whine that warps into a voice. This beam has enough power to pulse through solid walls, exciting all the molecules along the way. You’re just in the way to hear it. It has enough energy to pass through the earmuffs and plugs, the energy lost in them is transformed into sound and heat too. The direct vibration induced in the eardrum and cochlea as it passes through your head creates pressure to be felt as a subconscious voice. If it’s not a normal sound wave propagating through the air, of course the physical barriers won’t help! Sealing the ears seals up the pressure created inside them! An amateur on Reddit seems like they’re attempting to build one, and I believe an amateur like me could as well. It should only take 4 main components: a power supply, amplifier, tapered slot antenna/waveguide, and Software Defined Radio with the right modulation protocol to control the transmission. Because it’s computer generated, the voice can be altered/changed to take on many different tones. I distinctly heard Larissa and Michael’s timbre carried through this method inside my plugged ears. Without any modification of the injected signal, it takes the voice of the speaker. Sound profiles of people can be built up from listening to them through the always hot mic of their smartphones. This can then be used to impersonate the voices of others. The cell towers possess this ability to generate a beamformed V2K microwave. It’s literally the same thing as a call on a smartphone.

• The polarity of water – I remember learning of water’s polarity since at least middle school, and this is the whole principle the Microwave Hearing Effect and Voice to Skull works on. Food is cooked in a Microwave oven by rapidly oscillating the water molecules in an electromagnetic field to produce heat. Unless we’re jumping off the deep end and believing this isn’t a truly “zero-point scalar” transmission, the beamformed wave is not a laser, and attenuates from the antenna of transmission, through my head, and beyond! This electromagnetic wave vibrates every water molecule in between and past my skull, and in the room! I’ve noticed ‘the voice’ fills the air around me as I’m taking a shower or coming out of sources of flowing water such as a toilet or faucet. As I understand physics, this is because the voice to skull microwave acts on the water around me in the air the same as in my ear. This generates a small, but physical, sound wave in the air. The shower’s steam fills the room with water, and those molecules around me vibrate through the whole room! The running water of a toilet or faucet oscillates with this wave and makes the sound ‘originate’ from these flowing sources. The base of the system is a millimeter-wave scanner and/or backscatter x-ray, in the vein of what has become commonplace in airports. I’ll never forget the night that Chris’s children took the two cameras outside to get a better view of my body. I saw their glowing bricks (hence the term glownigger) and heard them giggle when I banged on the glass. They saw my heart jump when Larissa shouted something in my ear and called it out immediately. They also saw my heart slow down through controlled breathing and were astounded at that as well. Their minds were blowing at how much detail they could see of me without having to look through many walls to the back of the house where my bedroom is. They called out and manipulated my emotions through it constantly. Their voices were also aware of the position of my eyes! By being able to track my eyes, it can assist in ‘reading’ my mind. The purpose of monitoring me for, as Larissa stated they had this camera for 10 years, was to calibrate me for Remote Neural Monitoring through the cell/satellite broadcast networks.

• Sensitization and calibration – Everyone’s brain is different, duh. That’s why everyone’s got a different IMSI for their smartphones. Your brain’s got an Individual Mobile Subscriber Identity. Consider this: people suggest ‘implants’ of individual antennas through vaccines are required to assist with insane stuff like this. But would you or I rather believe the Network registers the change in your individual brain signature without anything to track? There’s a bell curve distribution of individual minds, and 78% of them fall within the norm. These minds, ~78% likely yours, have already been calibrated, read, and silently catalogued for years by the Network. Some people are selected for further experimentation to calibrate the rest of the bell curve! I want to go back to when I only knew they could access the sensors of my smartphone but am now sure they can basically access my entire sensory experience. Mind reading starts with monitoring the heart and blood flow. It gives off a large electrical signature while it beats, and I wouldn’t be surprised the millimeter scanner alone could see it. I’ve had my heartbeat called out many different times. It shows a basic emotional state. The telescreen of 1984 can read your heartbeat, but not even Orwell dreamed that the Thought Police could literally read your mind. The brain moves the vocal cords ever so slightly as your train of thought is processed, just like speaking aloud, and these electrical signals can be picked up and turned into words. Eye, lip, and other small tics assist in mind ‘reading’. We’ve publicly/commercially known how to read these subvocalizations by hooking sensors up for decades now, it can be done wirelessly now. Reading these very words causes you to subvocalize them in your larynx. Much of thought is language based. You debate with yourself over decisions, run through possible conversations with people, ask questions, and ponder the future in words and sentences. If the millimeter/backscatter camera can see little muscles moving around my body, it may be able to pick up the movements in my voice box. But I think another form of FMRI/EEG/EMG is used to detect the minute electrical potentials. Some readings suggest that a Gyrotron Resonance MASER or heterodyne creates a magnetic field and detects the changes in it. Duncan’s The Matrix Deciphered gets into all the other ways it’s become possible to monitor someone’s brain remotely. But a library has to be built up/an AI trained to understand these minute electrical changes. That’s why every Phone/Computer of mine/around me was cloned for the years prior while living at Robert’s, and they silently monitored me. While I spoke around it, texted, watched videos, and read, the psychotronic mind reading machines were simultaneously monitoring me to build up the required library, creating my neural model. Eye and other movements give clues away to thoughts. I’ve heard “don’t look at the clouds” while driving, and “don’t look at other women” while out, among other statements regarding the placement of my eyes. There was a month while going to school that Larissa’s voice was annoyingly adamant that I keep both hands on the steering wheel. I, like others, rest one hand on the wheel while cruising the highway. I squabbled with her about it on many drives, both aloud and in my head, until she ultimately relented. My phone camera wasn’t pointed at the wheel. So, they can see the placement of my limbs and eyes while driving. Why would I manifest this voice to fight with myself about something that a lot of people do naturally? The goal was to establish the Synthetic Telepathic connection. I was saying at the very beginning that the whole thing felt telepathic, and finally figured out that it was.

Through many advanced technologies, human minds are literally cloned and can be read and influenced everywhere. I can unfortunately believe everything he writes after my personal experience of synthetic telepathy and hearing the microwave voice everywhere I go. You can’t find much to cross-reference him online, and I believe this means all the technologies he talks about are deliberately being swept under the rug. I’ll attest that this must be read as absolute truth, as it truly explains my experience. I’d never look for it, read it, and believe it if it didn’t happen to me!
• Implants. Of course, I don’t want to believe there’s something in my body to assist in tracking and electronic torture. But after my experiences, I’d like to believe there needs to be something to assist with all the other technologies and what gives my handlers such detailed access into my mind. I’ve felt it many times where it simply microwaves my own thought back at me. It literally does feel like there’s a machine playing with me most of the day, but sometimes I hear a real creature reacting to me. The whole purpose is to keep me engaged and locked in my head with something; it doesn’t matter what the machine says. Just like Charlie states, I noticed in 2022 that this microwave voice became repetitive and nonsensical. It didn’t take the specific tone of the kid’s voices or others I heard in the past. It has forced dream arguments on me and ripped me from the deepest dreams! It likely alerts my handlers if I do something out of the ordinary, but for my basic daily routine, it’s just supposed to keep me engaged. Since I can believe there’s an AI chatterbox to torment me through the MIND network carried by the cell signals, I can believe there’s going to be a complete, unified AI to read and understand everything from everyone’s technology and minds and put together complete profiles of people.
• Reinforcing the Phonological Loop with Thought Sonorization – So, I’ve been calibrated and automatically Remote Neurally Monitored everywhere, and this data’s being stored. Within the past few months, I’ve experienced a new phenomenon. The words of the subvocalized train of thought in my head are automatically read. The program is basically speech-to-text. Then, it takes the text, turns it back into words, and V2K microwaves it back at me like text-to-speech. It loudly enters my ear, and thusly travels back down my phonological loop. These words are again read by the program and compared! The purpose is to train and reinforce the program’s subvocal recognition and autonomy. • Keefe, P.R. (2020). Say Nothing: A true story of murder and memory in Northern Ireland. Anchor Books. – A fantastic book I read about the Troubles. My biggest takeaway was that the Provos wound up hurting civilians and their own people more than the Crown and could’ve had more success if they’d been more directed. But even to this day, Northern Ireland still exists, and many of the participants were left feeling like their fight was for nothing. This is a pointless fight I never wanted part of.
• Card, O.S. (2021) Speaker for the Dead. Tor. – The sequel to Ender’s Game is incredibly more thought provoking and philosophical than the original story. It’s absolutely mind blowing how Card explores our second contact with an intelligent species and must be read. My original idea of “the truly intelligent God in every machine” arose from Jane in this book.
• Orwell, G. (1949) 1984. Sanctus Books. – The legendary story that literally defines the term Orwellian is a must read. Virtually everything that’s in it parallels my own experiences and it’s like my handlers read it as a playbook. The lizard hindbrain looks for all the nerve connections that make up the body and freaks out when it doesn’t distinguish it. Your body’s nerves are a crucial part of your consciousness. Your heartbeat dictates feelings of anxiety, excitement, or relaxation. Ninety percent of your serotonin is in the gut, and that ‘gut feeling’ is crucial to the human experience. I’d argue the massive amount of nerve endings in your hands, lips, and genitals make lust arise and drive the urge to reproduce more than your brain. They cry out for stimulation! Every single rod and cone, ear hair, taste bud, dermal nerve ending, and every internal nerve sensation is crucial to make you, you! This AI better be recording every nerve as it fires around my body in true analog, or it’s not a complete model of me! BPM, subvocalizations, and a rough limb placement aren’t enough.
